Hatley Ridge was constructed in 2006/2007 nearby Colwood’s Royal Roads University. Hatley’s 42 primarily detached homes were eagerly welcomed by the public for their combination of affordability and ease of lifestyle. Homes consisted of 2 and 3 levels, detached single family and duplex units.
