Polo Park
As the last phase in Central Saanich’s Polo Park development, Heritage Green is comprised of 15 townhouses and a 42 unit condominium. Built in 2003, Heritage Green Polo Park Estates is adjacent to the Saanichton Green Park and is located near the Village Centre, making it a natural fit for the neighbourhood.
